I bought an EO charger and have had a lot of problems since I got it. EO told me that my problem was a communication issue. I now have it directly fed from Router. There is still a problem. I asked for a replacement unit and was told because of Government regulations I Could only have mine repaired . The installer does not want to come and do this. I am looking at replacing with an Eddie but I will have to buy it . Shows I should have done more research before buying.
