Just received my bill from Octopus and I cannot see any Kirk Hill savings. I called them up and they said that it is only the Co-op accounts that work with Ripple, not Octopus. They said they'd be happy to switch me. I am however confused as everything I see here suggests that Octopus is a Ripple partner. I appreciate that it may be too early for these savings to appear. If so then when is this likely to happen?
