Good Morning Ripple Energy Customers
On behalf of the 1st Energy Management Team I would like to Welcome you to the 1st Energy Family.
We are pleased to announce that as of Friday 4th April 1st Energy acquired the Assets, IT and Administration Services of Ripple Energy, following discussions with the administrators securing these services for you, the Ripple Energy Customers.
At 1st Energy our Mission is to provide “Low Cost” Green Energy for all our customers. Following our discussions with Ripple Energy, it was clear that their vision was aligned with our own and therefore we wanted help ensure the structure they built to deliver this vision in which you all shared, was secured.
Although it is very early stages we were keen to come online to make contact with you all and reassure you that we will do all we can to put arrangements in place to ensure that your green energy supply journey continues as expected.
We have initiated contact with your respective Co-operatives Board Members and Energy Supplier Representatives to begin dialogue to make certain that your services and energy savings continue as normal.
As you can imagine this is a complicated process of many conversations and agreements which will take time to formalise, however we are committed to working with all partners concerned to agree service arrangements with each party involved.
Our initial focus is on the 3 operational sites;
a.) Graig Fatha Windfarm.
b.) Kirkhill Wind Farm.
c.) Derril Water Solar Farm.
The Whitelaw Brae site is under construction and funds associated with this project are under the control of the administrators who will be in touch with members in due course.
We will provide further updates through this platform as discussions develop, to keep you all up to date with our progress.
