"75% requirement means that if it passes it will be because a large majority want it." INCORECT its 75% of those who vote. If only 50% vote then you only require 75% of that 50% thats 37% of members, miniroty of the members making the change. So if you want NO then vote. These votes usualy only 25 to 40% vote. I found one vote that only 5% of members voted so 8 people made a change that required a 75% vote over 200 people.
