RTS meters and economy 7 timings

A slightly embarrassing question to a community of people at the cutting edge of the energy transformation but hey ho … we currently have an RTS electricity meter that will cease to work from the end of June this year and needs replacing with a smart meter.  For the last 20 years, thanks to the RTS meter itself, we have benefitted from 3 hours of ‘night rate’ units (cheap) in the afternoons (13:30 - 16:30) as well as a less useful 4 hours in the middle of the night (03:00 - 07:00).  Finding a supplier that offers an economy 7 deal, with some of the ‘night rate’ time during the afternoon, whilst using smart meter technology, is proving difficult, maybe impossible.  I’m asking on the off chance that someone here has looked into this and found a solution with an economy 7 tariff offering a few hours of cheap electricity during the afternoons.
