As Members, we are obligated to take an active interest in the operation and development of the co-op. On the basis no information is being volunteered we probably do need a general meeting.
Suggested application below. Tear it apart, suggest alternatives, I'm not precious. I don't per se want to be an activist Member, at this point I just want answers/re-assurance.

Application for a General Meeting to be held
The purpose of the meeting is the following matters:
1. Chair or a Member director to provide a statement on each of:
a) The current position of the SPV, who the co-op has appointed to it, why the accounts haven’t been filed and what is being done about it. Where has this gone wrong.
b) Whether the co-op is party to, or is considering legal proceedings and, if so, what these relate to.
c) Provision of a copy of the register of Directors for the co-op.
d) What powers the Board delegates and to whom.
e) Whether the co-op accounts have or have not been filed with the FCA.
f) The directors appraisal/views of the Managing Person (Ripple Energy).
g) Who is Declan Wilcock and why did he attend the last Board meeting?
2. Ripple Energy update on any technical issues or concerns on site at the wind farm.
4. Vote: Resolution to instruct the directors to ensure Members are kept informed in timely manner in future on important or significant matters that affect the co-op and its investments.
5. Vote: Resolution to instruct the directors to appoint an independent adviser to provide options for replacing the Managing Person and to present this to the Members for a further vote. Each option to be accompanied by legal and financial implications.
6. Vote: Resolution to hold a further general meeting in 6 week’s time to provide the requested options or provide an update.
