I am surrounded by my own ignorance in these matters of company law and in answer to an earlier post, I am taking responsibility as a co-operative member for the situation by educating myself in something that I did not think would be necessary when I decided to invest.
There is a date on CH of 4th March (not 5th as I previously mentioned). That is Tuesday next week and it appears to be a deadline for our reply. I cannot find a way of determining what complaint has been made and I believe most understand this to be an accounts issue.
However, I also advised that valid and robust accounts have been completed. Question: If so, the blindingly obvious doubt and therefore question here is why have the accounts not been submitted?
It would be great to hear that this is merely an oversight. But.
I welcome comments from other members with possibly more insight into the process. These are the posts I read not the "Trumpesk" comments of woe and meaningless distraction. Facts would be good.
