As other have asked, there have been various developments in solar tech in the last few months.
The big three I'm aware of being
The advent of double sided panels ( invent double-sided solar panel that generates vastly more electricity (yahoo.com) ).
The advent of perovskite crystal panel which have seen a significant improvement in efficiency ( Cells: An In-Depth Guide + Comparisons With Other Techs (solarmagazine.com) ).
Solar panels which are able to harvest energy from rain (which may be particularly applicable to the UK. ( Solar panel tech breakthrough generates electricity from rain | The Independent )
Are there any plans to incorporate any of these new technologies into the project, and might it be worth delaying activation of the project to secure this technology?
