Where does the co-ops money sit and who benefits from it?

As the delays in Whitelaw Brae continue it would be good to clarify where the money we have all invested is now being used. Does anyone know as undoubtedly its a lot of money that should be earning interest somewhere for the benefit of the co-op?

I understand delays happen but this is now over a year since funds have been in place.
