As I understand it from 2035 it will be mandatory to have an EPC rating for your property of C.
Having rooftop solar gains you some positive points towards this as does double/triple glazing etc etc.
Does anyone know if having Wind or solar via Ripple produces the same additional plus points towards ones EPC rating?
Currently have 8 panels rated at 1.84KW and have produced an average of 1827 KWh per year since 2010. Panels are in roof and face virtually due south.
